Happy New Year! Welcome to 2025

“Wow, what a year 2024 was! There were highs and lows, but I’m incredibly grateful to be ending the year in a much better place than I started. If I sum up 2024, it would be a year of growth and adaptability. Not only did I have to work on my physical flexibility after my injury in August, but I also had to learn to be mentally and emotionally resilient as I actively pushed myself beyond my perceived limits.

After all, I had no business jumping on that trampoline anyway. But despite that pain and the momentary setback it caused, I look forward to hitting the road again, traveling, running races, and sitting in a seat without worrying about someone hitting my leg. On the positive side, the experience helped me to slow down and refocus. As I heal, I’m already pushing through barriers and seeing more progress in  2025.

Reflecting on 2024, I’m excited to move into a year of continued expansion and strength.

I began the year with a strong intention to shift from a learning mindset to a mindset of action. There comes a point where you must put down the books and translate knowledge into tangible results. And I’m proud of the progress I’ve made this year. With many fulfilling activities, cherished experiences, and unforgettable memories, 2025 has big shoes to fill.

Let’s begin by envisioning our ideal 2025. Imagine it’s December 31st, 2025. What have you achieved? Where do you see yourself? What successes and accomplishments fill you with pride?

Now, let’s bring that vision back to the present. With a clear destination in mind, let’s set our course. Define your goals, outline your plan, and take consistent action. I believe 2025 will be an even more remarkable year than 2024.
