Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes we are forced to re-evaluate our priorities. This week, I faced some unexpected challenges that prevented me from dedicating as much time to my goals as I had hoped. However, I refused to give up on my ambitions. Although I couldn’t always complete full-length workouts, even a few 10-15 minute sessions in the gym helped me stay on track towards my fitness goals. The same principle applies to finances.
