On travel days I am so glad for for minimum activity goals! After 10 hours of driving, I met some of my activity goals yesterday!

Packing for any road trip is hard work! But, at the end of the day it is well worth it.

Today I did one of the hardest HIIT workouts that I’ve done so far. Since I didn’t get to go on my scheduled 3.8 miles run, I decided to do a HIIT workout instead. 40 minutes, 476 Calories #Fitnessblender.com had me spent!
