We all have things in life that stress us, cause us anxiety, or just that we need to find an outlet for. Some people cope by drinking, others cope my talking to a professional. And either is perfectly fine of it works for you.

Finding space and time

I used to tell people I work as hard as I do because I love to eat. The truth is I see being able to enjoy the foods that I want as a reward for all of my hard work. So, I prioritize my workouts and make sure I complete them during the day.
