In This Episode: A Conversation with Vincent Callahan
In this episode, I catch up with my good friend and fellow Air Force veteran Vincent Callahan (aka V Cali), whom I served with at Dover Air Force Base. We haven’t spoken in nearly ten years, but his journey from the military to the IT field and his role as a father and believer remain incredibly inspirational to me.
We dive into how his personal struggles—including a significant divorce and early business challenges—served as “stepping stones” for his current success and the launch of Cyber Knight IT Solutions. Vincent also shares the heart behind his podcast, Holy Forge, and his mission to provide a space where men can embrace vulnerability and emotional maturity.
We walk through:
- Redefining Success: Why impact and being your “truest version” of yourself matter more than just money.
- The Mission of Holy Forge: Creating a “contradiction” to toxic masculinity through faith and transparency.
- Emotional Maturity in Men: Why being emotionally cognizant adds to your strength rather than taking away from it.
- The Luxury of Not Quitting: Staying driven through hope and the constant goal of being better than you were the day before.
Vincent’s perspective on leaving a legacy for posterity is a powerful reminder that our voices and our willingness to be vulnerable can truly change lives
