30 days: day 15- half way there!

Days like today, I am reminded that some is better than none.  After 2 long days of research and writing, to be able to accomplish something help me to end my day with a smile.

  1. This weekend it was non existent. I had a really good full body workout on Friday, so my body needed the whole weekend to recover. It felt great though! I imagine tomorrow will be the same. I had a hard core leg day today at the gym. Hopefully I will still be able to walk when I wake up 🙂

  2. Completely understand! Your rest days you should try yoga! I use yogayak.com and FitnessBlender.com
