One of my biggest challenges is steadily keeping track of all of my meals. For me, and I’m not sure if I’ve said this before but, I LOVE to eat. It is because of that, that I know keeping track of my meals is something I definitely have to do to ensure I’m eating more of the right kind of meals. Today along with my workout, and 3 mile run I made an effort to track my food intake, with the goal maintaining a daily good journal.
When you are trying to build a savings account the goal is to make sure you put in to the account more than you take out of the account! Similarly to meet your fitness goals, and when measuring your calories, you have to make sure your expenditure is more than your input! In other words, you can eat what ever you want provided you burn just an many, or more calories; or at least that is what an author, with more letters at the end of his name than I have, advised.
By the end of the day, I’d not had enough to eat according to my food journal, so I did what any normal person would do, I had two Reese’s Peanut Butter cups right! Still by all standards though, I may either be under eating or working-out too hard! On my #Journeyto13.1 I know like any other athlete, runners must maintain a balanced diet in order to have the energy to complete the race!
