It’s difficult to get up and go run when you have nowhere to be. Today I forced myself out of the door, my wife’s little dog Bailey pulling me the entire distance. So not only did I run a bit faster than I would normally run, I ran faster for a longer distance than I would normally run. This little dog is a trooper! First 4, done out of 20 for the week! #BMRKC, #BMR
