For Christmas my son received a book of science experiments. I’ve been looking, Since I have been looking for something that he and I can do together (since building a car is way beyond my area of expertise) this seemed like a perfect father/son project. And occasional a daughter project too.
This project is asking the question does a base and a solid make a gas?
In order to answer this question we will need:
- balloon
- soda bottle
- table-spoon
- water
- baking soda
- Vinegar
We did the project more than once, the first time we discover the bottle was way too big The project worked wonderfully! Talk a look!
