In a recent leadership conference one of the questions we were asked was ” What one thing could you do to improve your leadership skills?”
This week I heard Leadership expert John C. Maxwell say “the one thing you need to know, is that there is not one thing that you can do to improve your leadership”.
I can’t agree more with this statement. However, One thing that I’ve seen that receives constant neglect, is a persons desire to learn.
The human brain is truly like a sponge, It will absorb whatever you put into it. In turn whatever you put in you will also get out.
Continue to learn and continue to grow! As you grow so will your leadership ability.
